What's involved with the database work?

Databases are useful for gathering data for your purposes - not just for customer's details. A database can have all sorts of information and having customised forms to gather this data has made life a lot easier than it ever has been in the past. Once again, spreadsheets containing the data play a big role in how you can use this information.

The uses are endless, and while it isn't financially viable for me to load your database through data entry, if there is already an electronic collection of the same data, I can certainly format it to be in alignment with your newly developed system.

It's important to make sure you aren't paying senior administrative rates for manual data entry, if importing, exporting and mapping can be used. It's on par with an accountant charging the business rate of $150 an hour to load your payments and receipts when all they actually need is your end of financial reports.
